HTI Toys, formerly known as Halsall, are a toy company based in the UK specialising in children's toys and prams and pushchairs. From 2006 to 2009, they manufactured three ranges of Underground Ernie toys.

Die-cast with sound[]
The die-cast with sound trains consisted of just the train, sound clips were played by pressing a button on top of the engine's cab. They were connected via magnets.
