Tim Whitnall is a British actor, writer and voice over artist who provides voices for Underground Ernie. His voice has appeared in various other programmes such as "Teletubbies" (formerly as the narrator), "Roary the Racing Car", "Fifi and the Flowertots", and "Thomas & Friends". He currently runs the production company Feather Productions.
